For starters, Xavier is a down to earth man! He has been a great point of contact during and after our home buying purchase. We found him while still living in Reno, Nevada to make our transition to Waco, Texas as easy as possible. My husband had the opportunity to work with him when he started his new position at his company in Waco while I was still in Reno. Xavier was very communicative with both of us whether near (husband) or far (me). Since we had to wait for our house to finish being built, Xavier made it a point to check in just in case we had any comments or concerns about this new process. Although the closing of our house changed 5 TIMES, Xavier made sure to keep in contact with the builders for any updates or reasons as to why the process was taking longer. All in all, we had a outstanding process with Xavier as our realtor. Definitely would recommend to others!Thank you Xavier for all that you do for the Waco Community!!! -

Xavier was amazing, he listened and understood from the beginning what we were looking for and our budget, when we found the house that was right for us he got us the the best deal we could hope for, his communication is outstanding, we were never in the dark as to what was going to happen next through out the whole process.
