Lisa did an amazing job helping me sell my brothers house from long distance. Sold in Texas, and I live in Iowa. She was very helpful and understanding during a difficult time for me. I have never sold a house, so she gave me pointers and let me make the final decisions. I could not have made it through this without her kind, caring, hard-working, and commitment, to sell the house. Lisa is an expert in her field and I appreciate the knowledge she had to help me sell the acreage.

I can’t say enough about our experience with Lisa Dyer as our realtor. My husband’s company was relocating him from Ohio to Texas. Fortunately, the move was not immediate which gave him plenty of time to investigate the area. He met Lisa at an open house and he was impressed with her ability to make him feel at ease and reassurance of finding a home in a different state. Her dedication and professionalism were over the top in order to find the perfect home for us. She was very knowledgeable of the area and asked the right questions in order to find what we were looking for. When we finally found our home and closed the deal she did not just disappear but checked on our progress with a genuine concern for our happiness. By far the best realtor out there! Lisa listens and does the hard work to find you the best home.

“Several years after my divorce I was tired of apartment living and ready to buy my fourth home, but the first on my own. That is how I met Lisa and how I ended up doing a new build in a great community. Having bought houses in the past I was very happy with her talent for building a rapport with me and understanding who I am and what my needs were. She demonstrated a natural ability in balancing professionalism with camaraderie that made me both always feel at ease and always trust her judgement and her commitment to meeting my goals. At al times I knew that Lisa was operating in my interest and she worked for me tirelessly, though she never showed any sign of fatigue no matter how many houses and towns we visited before I found my new home. She really seemed to know how and when to give advise or opinion and when to lay low and let me work through my thoughts. Lisa consistently demonstrated that she could anticipate issues so that we were ready in advance to address them, and she has the knowledge and backbone to not just look after my interests but to protect them and that earned my trust. I couldnt be more pleased with my new home, including all my new neighbors, but if Im ever in the market again Lisa will undoubtedly be my realtor.

Lisa is amazing.She was so patient with my husband and I.We have been out of DFW for several years over seas and were unprepared for the changes in the market.It was really a lot to deal with and she was very well informed, not just showing us any house we asked, but took the time to show us why some areas were better than others, school ratings, tax break downs by city, builder reviews, and service providers to get our deal done correctly and with no problems.I am so glad I found her, and would highly recommend her for both buyers are sellers.

We were looking to move from Chicago to Dallas and didnt have a clue where to start. We were referred to Lisa and introduced ourselves via FaceTime since we were not able to get to Dallas to meet in person. It only took us a couple months to find the right place. During that time she was attentive, prompt, and very involved in our search. We would recieve email updates, text messages, and phone calls about properties we flagged. If we wanted to see a property but were not going to be in town, she would drive there and walk us through it via video-call. She worked evenings and weekends to be sure we had everything we needed. After finding the right home for us, we needed an inspector and an HVAC consultant to come see the home... she met the contractors at the property to let them in (since we were still in Chicago), took notes, called us during and after inspection, and even helped us find the right contractors to get the work completed. Most of those contrators give windows of time they will be there. She was willing to wait for them as needed. After closing, she put us in touch with a number of other professionals she trusts. We felt Lisa went well above expectations, worked hard for us, put our needs first, and if she didnt know an answer... she found it and got back to us quickly. I highly recommend her and the other professionals she referred us to: HVAC, Home Inspection, and Deep Cleaning.
