This is a well deserved review. Im not one to write reviews because I am hard to please and slightly demanding. I had a remote, one-of-a-kind property to sell in Ben Franklin, TX. Finding the right realtor was top priority to represent my best interest. Suavek came to me as a referral. I was pleasantly surprised with our first meeting. He came prepared, answered many questions and was genuinely involved in the conversation. And he has a great sense of humor!
