Heather was incredible during our home search! She’s highly knowledgeable, attentive and very organized. Heather was also very patient with us, as we wanted to see many homes. We’re so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Heather and know she will be our realtor for life!

Heather was patient kind and knowledgeable in helping me find a house, and she quite literally went the extra mile too, helping me find a mortgage broker and ultimately discovering my house well off the beaten path. I was indecisive, anxious and all-over-the-place with my desired locale, and she was unflappable, taking my vacillations in stride, while somehow managing to help quell my anxiety at the same time. By the end of the process she knew my needs well enough that she understood which house I needed long before I did, and she had the tact to let me fall in love with it at my own speed. As a first time home buyer, I dont have other experiences to draw from in comparison, but I can say her work was exemplary, and anyone would be lucky to have the sort of experience that I did.

This was my first time ever using a realtor, normally I scan Zillow or whatever else is out there for HOURS AND DAYS ON END. My friend recommended me heather after I mentioned to her my difficult time with finding a place (google and apple only show you so much!) and that’s how I found Heather. I was a bit nervous at first but it was immediately done for when we talked then met up for coffee to go over everything. I was transparent about everything and so was she, she handled and scheduled everything (besides what I needed to do) which took such a huge weight off my mind. I sent her a list for my dream apartment/home and she delivered with FLYING COLORS. It took her no time to find it and now I’m writing this happily in my brand new kitchen. I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for Heather. She truly went above and beyond to find what I was looking for and then some! She even recommended some products for me to try around the house that are plant based (my favorite kind). It felt like I was conversing with a family member almost, she answered everything and made sure I could text her if I had any concerns or questions regarding the process or the lease so nothing was left up to chance.
