Kim is so wonderful to work with! We just sold our home in Aubrey, and accepted an offer only 2 weeks after listing (in this market with these interest rates!) Kim listened to our concerns and what was important to us, while also remaining objective and offering her advice and knowledge of the market. She is personable, easy to work with, super responsive and very knowledgeable of the market to proactively serve your real estate needs. When selling our home last summer, during the height of the pandemic, Kim helped explain everything to expect, helped us navigate offers and go through all the challenges that time of year presented. We had a wonderful selling experience, got everything we were looking for and I would use her again in a heartbeat if returning to the North Texas market.
