Jay and Alyse are the best! They are so knowledgeable and were ready to answer any questions I had throughout the process of buying my home. Because Jay is a veteran, he understands the challenges of a military move and they rise to the challenge while making sure we got the lowest rate possible. With years of experience, Alyse was able to negotiate on things I would not have considered before. They are a wonderful team, making my experience stress-free.

Alyse was incredible.My family relocated to San Antonio and relied heavily on Alyse’s knowledge and experience. We were only available to view homes during limited hours on select weekends since we lived out of town and had to plan around travel and taking care of our toddler. Alyse was always incredibly patient, professional, and kind to us, and always ready, willing, and able to help. She made us feel like we were the only client she had and made the home buying process positive and fun. She understood our situation and knew exactly what we were looking for and ultimately found the perfect home for us.When we found the perfect home, she negotiated the purchase so well that my lender told me multiple times that he was impressed and needed to meet her in person.
