From our first meeting, Raylene displayed a work ethic and knowledge of the market that was unmatched, allowing her to seamlessly guide us through our entire transaction. She came in with a well-researched plan, but was flexible enough to be able to pivot easily when needed throughout the process while staying on course. We were selling a rental property entirely remote, so she dealt with the tenants, property management, etc. to make it a good experience for everyone involved. She clearly laid out what was needed from us - and kept us accountable, without being pushy. She has an extensive database of contacts in the industry, and handled all contractor meetings for us. Once we listed, we were quickly in a multiple offer situation that she navigated flawlessly. Though it was tricky at times, she would not only call with an update, but with a plan on how to move forward - and most times, she would have already knocked off steps from that list. I would recommend Raylene to anyone buying or selling a home.

As tenants, the thought of having so many people coming into our home felt overwhelming. Raylene listened to our concerns and made the process as quick and comfortable as possible. It meant a lot to have someone advocating for our rights and comfort as tenants, and her dedication to making something happen quickly for the sellers and buyers just goes to show that she knows what she’s doing and is good at what she’s doing. Raylene was Exceptional. She was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn’t pick up, she always called me back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously, my situation was a little hard so it wasn’t a straightforward deal, but Raylene handled everything she had too to make sure the deal went through. She is very professional and knowledgeable about all things real estate and she made it very easy for me to relax throughout this process. Raylene is the best. My wife and I used her on the purchase of our first home this past year. The first home purchase is a stressful process because its hard to know what is going right and what isnt. As our house was being constructed there were issues and she pushed relentlessly to make sure the house was finished in the condition it should be. She did a fantastic job and the biggest thing is she was honest with us the entire time. She didnt try to push us into a more expensive house, she explained the market at that moment and was exactly what we needed. Once we signed she worked to make the process as easy as it could be and was so incredibly helpful and patient in a long process. I truly cant explain how great she was throughout the entire process and Ill always appreciate her for it. Id recommend her to anyone and will be using her again in the future.
