Ray Smith did a phenomenal job in helping me selling my deceased fathers home. It was one of the best real estate experiences I have ever had with an agent. The house was difficult to sell due to market conditions and condition of the home itself. Ray had the knowledge and experience to help market the home effectively. He also helped me find resources to address various condition issues and, since I live in a different city, was able to provide access to the property when I was not present. Ray also went above and beyond for us and checked the home on a regular basis to ensure there were no problems. I would highly recommend Ray if you are either selling or buying a home in the central Texas area.
