He made recommendations and facilitated work in my house that was needed to upgrade, update, and meet specific requirements for inspection. Given that this had been my childhood home and I live 500 miles away, I never worried. I absolutely cannot recommend Rex enough. He was fantastic to buy a house with and even better (if that is possible) to sell with. He knows everyone you could possibly need to fix, inspect, or upgrade your home. He is always available and is very flexible with scheduling. He always makes it feel like it is his pure pleasure to come look at houses with you. When we moved out he replaced our fence himself (at some personal cost) repainted, and even mowed our lawn as we had to move out of state. We recommend him to everyone that we know and they have all had equally positive experiences.

What can I say about Rex Andrew’s that would truly show how grateful I am for him. My husband and I started looking into moving to Lubbock, and were connected with Rex through a realtor friend in New Mexico. He was so patient with us over a nearly six month process of us trying to get jobs, move to Lubbock, and buy a house during the pandemic. He never pushed us, but was always there to support us. Over the process, we got lots of fatherly advice from him, and we now consider him a friend. He helped us so much with easing into the transition of a new town and used any connection or resource he had to make us feel connected and comfortable in the community. If you go with Rex, you will not regret it! Just do it!
