When you use Ramirez Realty as you are realtor, you’ve made an excellent choice! They are totally hands-on 100%. They let you know exactly step-by-step. What is coming next, what you need to get or do and never leave you dangling. They go to every meeting with you, every house visit with you once you buy the house to make sure everything’s as it should be. They are extremely thorough. I felt totally confident that they knew what they were doing and also they’re all super nice! You cannot go wrong with this group!

The Ramirez Team were amazing to work with. I loved the initial meeting I had with David; it set the tone to how the services and expeditions from both sides were going to go through the whole process. He made sure I was ready to process with seeing properties, and once we started seeing some houses, he was able to narrow down the search based on what I was looking for. As soon we found the home, David walked me through what the contract process was going to be like before we submitted our first offer this put me at ease. Once we went under contract Alyssa and her team were on it! They were able to direct me in what I needed to do next and make the closing process quick and as easy as it could be. Professionalism, Honesty, Integrity, and Impeccable Customer ServiceRamirez Team worked with me to establish exactly what my needs were in finding a home. They set up an area tour for me, so I could get the feel for different areas of town first, to determine whether the area itself met my needs. Once I determined the areas that I felt at home in, the next step was finding homes that met my criteria and showing them to me - in one case even before the home was publicly on the market.Each member of the team specializes in their part of the process, from finding homes, structuring offers, dealing with the other agent, securing financing, getting inspections and repairs ordered, etc. This means they can focus, guide, and advise very affectively through each step of the process.Communication was very efficient - text, email, phonecalls, proactive follow-ups on their part. They always responded quickly with any questions or concerns I had. The Ramirez Team exceeded our expectations in every way! Other Realtors sent pictures of houses to try to get my attention. David said, let’s sit down and go through the home buying process and find out what is important to you. I sold real estate over 40 years ago in MN. My granddaughter, who is 20, said she learned so much in their presentation. She said he did it so well he even made sure that I wouldn’t feel like he was talking down to me.
