Ram helped me get a great investment property in the Austin area. It was a challenge as our timeframe was very short but he not only came through in getting the right home in the right location, but he also came through in connecting me with the right lender. We closed in 13 days on a conventional loan from start to finish. Ram is very patient, methodical and very honest in his suggestions and that helped me form a trusting relationship. He then went ahead and helped me with leasing the property and finding a high quality tenant in only 4 days.I have no hesitation in recommending Ram to anyone as he is very knowledgeable, patient and very, very honest. I was moving from Wisconsin and from the time I connected with Ram, I could feel his sincerity and earnestness in finding the right home for my family. The market was at its peak in 2021 and getting a house with tons of multiple offers was a big task. Ram was very resourceful in not just finding the right home but also in connecting and establishing relationships with other realtors. We were new to Austin and we relied completely on Ram who made sure he took care of us in the same way he would have cared for his family. Ram Ganapathy is a very hard working professional in the real estate business. Even though I only listed my condominium for a rental through him, he listed it with more details than I thought were necessary which helped multiple showings in a slow rental market. He was easily reachable even outside of the 8-5 office hours. He is very clear in his communication and provides attention to details in whatever he undertakes. I strongly recommend Ram to anyone that is looking for a realtor for their real estate business needs. -
