Raj did a fantastic job in buying a home for us in Austin. Raj is a thorough professional. He is always on top of things. He used to send the construction pictures every week to help me know the progress of the construction. He was there with me right from the time you put in the initial deposit all the way through you complete your loan process. He is very honest and gave us a true picture of buying a property in Austin. During the inspection process Raj was there and he was able to identify defects and got it fixed quickly. Overall we had a great experience working with Raj and we would highly recommend him to anyone for your real estate needs.

Great experience working with Raj. I am an out of state buyer. Raj helped me identify different options to meet my long term & short term goals. While the market was super hot in 2021, Raj helped us submit multiple offers but we could not get any offer accepted. That is due to right advise not to pay too much over asking list price to compete with other investors. Raj did not hesitate to advise us not to go over reasonable price, even if we want to give a higher offer.Finally after few months of offers we cooled down. Approximately after 6-7 months Raj called with a great opportunity and we got into contract in less than a day and closed escrow with out even visiting Austin.Raj also helped connecting us to property management company that did a great job finding tenant before even escrow is closed. High recommend Raj for any one. Raj continued helping us for getting our landscaping work done. Thank you Raj

Raj is a pro!! Raj was understanding, knowledgeable, and immensely helpful throughout the whole process. This was our first time ever buying a home in Texas (moving from California) and Raj was the reason our experience was amazing. He understood when we gave our offer, offered amazing and valuable advice from the beginning. He followed up with the builder from day one till we closed, due to Covid we couldnt able to travel/visit the building site, he visited on behalf of us to the construction site every week and gave us the tour(face time) of the construction site and explained in detail the progress. He treated us like his only clients when I know he has MANY. He also has amazing connections in the world of home buying. He makes the process seem effortless. Beyond Excellent!A little long, but do read.I was looking for a place that was within the Austin City Limits, in a decent neighborhood having good schools and was affordable. Does this sound like an unreasonable or unlikely combination? Well, that was what I was told by several other realtors whom I approached ... except Raj Chintakindi.He was patient throughout the search process, always provided the comps and other relevant data on time, and kept us informed of the changes in the market throughout the process that lasted a little over 10 months. Fast forward to now, we signed up to purchase a new home in a great neighborhood with him as our realtor.One might think that buying a new home may not require a lot of monitoring - I was sorely mistaken. Things move very fast during the construction and mistakes made by the builder may never get identified or corrected later causing great inconvenience. Raj would go there to the site almost on a weekly basis, send pictures, work with the builder on my behalf directly if he finds anything wrong.His service was beyond excellent and I have been a very satisfied customer of his.
