Rafael did a great job for us. He got us a showing at the property we were interested in very quickly and was informed about the property during the showing. He had quick and honest communication with the listing agent and helped us get the property and within the price range that we wanted! He was regularly available on weekends and after normal business hours when needed. He was great to work with!

Rafael is the best!!! He helped us buy our new home during the pandemic and helped un rent out our old home. He took care of all the paperwork and hassle…. When we were ready to sell, we didn’t think twice about contacting him. He got on it and we closed in less than a month!! Very detailed, very patient and was always available to answer any questions we had. Highly recommended !!!!

He talked us through every step of the way and advised us what to expect in the process of listing and selling our home.
