Rachel helped us with buying our first home! She was very responsive, updated us constantly, and gave her true and honesty opinions when certain situations popped up. Because we were first home buyers, Rachel made sure to explain every step of the home buying process; we were never left confused. (She was also my parents real estate agent almost 20 years ago when they lived in San Angelo and now she helped my husband and I find a home!!) Rachel is the best real estate agent in town, if you’re looking for a home, choose her!!!

Rachel did an outstanding job selling our house. She walked us through the process, step by step helping us determine the best price for our house and property. Through her vast knowledge and connections, she was able to sell our house in just one day! She turned a daunting ordeal into a simple process that we could easily understand. She helped us throughout the whole process and always had our best interests in mind and not just about the sale or her commission. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing to buy or sell a house.

My husband and I started our house buying process in August 2024, and closed in February 2025. Our situation was a bit unique as we were moving to San Angelo from North Dakota to be close to family. When we met Rachel, from afar (FaceTime) it was an immediate connection and we knew we could trust her. We looked at more houses than I can count and throughout this time she was patient, encouraging, spunky and kind. Buying a house is stressful but Rachel has something about her that says, “everything will be okay, it’s going to work out!”Rachel is by far the best realtor to work with, she is transparent and communicates so effectively which is crucial when it comes to buying and selling a house. We would recommend Rachel over and over again to anyone and everyone as their realtor. She is the best out there!

Rachel was great to work with. Our situation was a little different since we lived out of state and she kept in communication with me and worked with my sister to show her houses for us. Rachel took the time to explain everything and was great through the whole process.

Okay I hate the cliche “I can’t recommend her enough” but in the same breath I really can’t recommend Rachel enough! I hired Rachel to sell my house and she will WORK for you. She came over, looked at the place, and sat down and discussed the market, comps, plan of action, suggested list prices, etc. She also worked with me on listing price and met somewhere in the middle. I had a professional photographer at my house within the week, and my house was listed, had an offer, and closed within a month. Obviously no one can guarantee a quick sell and it’s all about timing, but I know most of that “luck” and success was due to Rachel’s work and diligence. Even throughout the process she was so communicative and helpful, even when I was super busy and all over the place finishing up training in the area.Anyway 10/10 highly recommend!

To say Rachel is an amazing realtor is an understatement! This lady is outstanding and takes so much pride in her job. I was a first time home buyer looking to buy a home with short limited time to find one. She was always available and easy to reach whenever I had questions or wanted to go look at a home. Rachel is a dedicated realtor that went above and beyond on a iced over town when school was cancelled but we still had to find a house! It was back in February 2015 when the perfect storm iced over all of San Angelo. Rachel braved the roads and picked us up just be safer all in one vehicle especially with her 4x4 SUV.She showed us every house that met our perameters even pointing out things that we needed to consider before purchasing! Rachel was amazing - she made the home finding process incredibly easy, showed us what we told her we were looking for, and if it got to the point where we were “over it” (the house we were looking at, she was happy to move on. We looked at six houses and were set on the fourth house we saw- made the offer and moved in a couple weeks later. She had worked with several co workers and they had high praises for her. She definitely exceeded their praises and I have recommended her to several other people and coworkers.
