Rachel was exceptional. I met Rachel at a Halloween event where I got into a fun conversation with her about her experience as a DCC. Given that I had recently moved to DFW from Philadelphia, I was unhappy with the area and apartment that I moved into. Rachel gave me a lot of insight into which areas of the DFW metroplex would be a good fit for me – her expertise in the metroplex was a tremendous help.Rachel also showed a lot of patience with me as I had a lot of different areas that I wanted to tour. No matter the area, she gave me a good list of apartments to tour. I was able to make a confident and educated decision on my next apartment with her help. I look forward to working with her in the future!

Rachel was incredibly attentive and responsive to all of our needs. She helped keep pushing us homes that perfectly met our requests, even when we were discouraged. Always a smiling face and extra exclamation points at the end of texts kept us excited to see the next new home, and when we finally found the right one, she aided proficiently in all of the paperwork, making it super easy for us. I can’t recommend Rachel enough, it was a pleasure having her by our side during such a daunting process.
