Where do I start?! Teresa and Mike are phenomenal, and my husband and I are so grateful that we were able to go through our recent home-buying process with them by our side. We met Teresa at an open house when we first started our search, and we felt immediately that she was “the one”! Teresa was our main contact to start, but she and Mike are truly a team and together they showed us every house we saw, and they answered my excessive questions without ever batting an eye! Eventually, we ended up purchasing the property where we first met Teresa, which required some shifting of agents because Teresa was the seller’s agent, but this was a great experience and both Teresa and Mike made sure everything went very smoothly! They were always quick to respond to any texts or calls, any time day or night. They are also very trustworthy; we always felt we could trust their guidance and trust that both of them were honestly trying to do what was best for us throughout the process. They are also just very genuine and kind! Both Teresa and Mike are incredible people, and they are very knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive. If I could continually buy and sell houses just to keep working with them, I would!! We cannot say enough positive things about Teresa or Mike. We truly had the best experience working with them to find and purchase our new home, which we love. It was meant to be! Pugh Property Team is absolutely the best and we highly recommend working with them!!!

Teresa was extremely helpful, professional, and adaptable to our unique situation. We were purchasing a home before we even moved into town (military) and Teresa would tour the homes with us on FaceTime. Her assistant, Rachel, was very kind and helpful as well. We have now been the home we bought for a little over a month and we are absolutely thrilled with it. We could not have done this without Teresa and her team! Thank you!

3 years ago, My husband and I were looking for our “forever retirement home” for when we are ready. We contacted a selling agent on a home we wanted to see and fortunately she was out of town. So Teresa and her husband Michael showed us several homes that were fixer uppers, which was fine bc we have time before retirement. When they showed us the last property, not a fixer upper, my husband and I fell in love immediately. So much so we made an offer the following Monday and was accepted. The process went smoothly, with phone calls and e-mail transactions since we live 5 hours away.Fast forward 3 years, and we were ready to sell our “forever” home. My husband took a job back on the coast and we knew immediately that we wanted Teresa and Mike Pugh to handle the sell of our home. Everything went smoothly and we are officially back on the coast. Hands down the best realtor team in San Angelo!They made buying a house such a breeze and so fun! We used Teresa and Micheal while looking for a home for our kids. With rent so high, we decided to put a down payment on a house for son, daughter and her husband to share. They are making the mortgage payment and now have extra money to live. Mortgage payment less than rent, when divided 3 ways. Would recommend going this way for parents with kids that are renting. Help them buy a house!Teresa and Micheal were such troopers showing house after house for about 6 months, til we found the perfect house.If you are looking for a serious relator, these 2 answered questions day or night! I cried, I screamed, I cajoled, catered to, and begged at various stages all throughout the selling process. We went through three realtors trying to find The One who’d be able to sell my grandmother’s house. It was unbelievably time-consuming and stressful.It turns out our The One was a duo! These two worked their tails off for us getting the house sold as reps for the buyer and seller. We are so lucky to have found them.
