Phyllis is incredibly helpful and resourceful! We were looking for a home when COVID struck at our house. Quarantine was definitely going to make our house hunt difficult, but Phyllis swept in to help! She was able to visit homes for us and give live video tours of the home. She took the heavy-lifting out of house-hunting. Her quick communication landed us an awesome home! She is always available to answer questions and she goes above and beyond to make sure you find the best home possible. We are so grateful for her time and resources.

Absolutely the BEST real estate agent I could have found. Phyllis Roberts with RealEdge Real Estate is professional, patient, and thoughtful. Looking to buy in Tyler while living over 150 miles away, she made what could have been a difficult home buying process easy - showing some listing virtually and after the accepted offer meeting with vendors at the property when I couldnt. In this market unless you make a cash offer, and I didnt, she was able to negotiate an accepted offer and I closed on my home and move to Tyler in less than 4 months. I highly recommend Phyllis Roberts.

Phyllis and I have worked together for atleast four years. She has always been professional, thorough and creative with her real estate efforts. She has responded to a law firm that required her input into the Medicare/ Medicaid requirements to completely keep my mother secure during her last years and after her recent death. She helped to complete a requirement to supply a lady bird deed to cover my parents properties, to Medicare/ Medicaid. She has been very caring as a professional realtor.
