Me and my husband were first time homebuyers and had no idea what to expect from this experience. We found a few houses we liked, but weren’t set on buying any of them then Phylicia found us a perfect HOME! She kept everything that we were looking for in mind and found us the perfect combination of all of our favorite things. Phylicia was outstanding in her negotiation skills and got us everything we could’ve wanted! I have the pleasure of having known Phylicia during elementary and high school. I knew I was in good hands from the start. The way she tackled school work years ago made me hope she tackled real estate the same way. Im so happy that I was right! We are first time home buyers and we had a lot of questions, fears, and anxieties. Phylicia was paramount in answering all the things and making us feel at ease with the whole process. Married couple here buying our first home.BLUF: We hope to work with Phylicia for another home in 10+ years or someone at least half as good as her.I felt as if we were her only clients. She made sure that we stayed informed throughout the process. Phylicia worked with our schedules to make sure we were able to view each home we wanted. When we made our offers Phylicia had our backs. Not only were we able to get our home under appraised value, the sellers paid 85% of all our closing costs!

Where to start? I met Phylicia at the Brial Expo, where we exchanged contacts to followup later. Phylicia reached out to checked in and even though we werent quite ready initially, when she checked in again she pointed us in the right direction. First, she connected us with local lender at UFCU, who was also amazing; both the lender and Phylicia worked multiple times together already and made sure to get us pre-approved before we started shopping/visiting homes. Once we find the one, Phylicia worked her negotiating skills to get all our closing costs covered. Through the whole process Phylicia was responsive and supportive. As a first time home buyer she carried us through the process with ease. Phylicia is an amazing person and an awesome realtor.I highly recommend her to anyone buying a house or selling one. She will be your number one advocate have your best interests at heart!

We had never bought a house before and the process was a little intimidating. Phylicia was really helpful in explaining everything when I needed her to and, when I didnt, just telling me when and where I had to sign something. When one deal fell through, we got a little discouraged but Phylicia never did. In the end got a good house at a fair price and are very happy with how things turned out. Thank you Phylicia!
