Phillip and Rachel Rogers with Womack Real Estate deserve an outstanding review. My husband and I built and lived in our Lake Travis home for over 30 years. The decision to move to another place was not an easy one for us. But they listened to us and helped us find a new home in Burnet, which we absolutely love. They worked very hard to get our Lake Travis home ready to go on the market and it sold quickly. As stressful as Buying and Selling is, Phillip and Rachel made it a pleasant experience and were there for us every step of the way. Any person would be lucky to have them as a representative for one of the most important times of your life.

Working with Phillip was easily one of the best decisions Ive made!Without ever speaking before, I called Phillip out of the blue one day and told him I was relocating from Seattle, WA to Austin, TX. I visited on New Years weekend and Phillip was more than willing to show me a couple places and suggest some neighborhoods to check out. He always has your best interests in mind and he treats you like family. Even though I was 3,000+ miles away, I was always confident Phillip was working to find me the perfect home and I know he will do the same for you.If you need a honest and reliable realtor in the Austin area who knows the market better than the back of their hand, look no further. Phillip and Rachel were very accommodating to work with. Phillip met with us in late February and we started the process with him on purchasing a new home. Rachel found us many new builds in our price range. We settled on San Marcos. The Austin real estate market is insane, especially for someone looking to buy their first home. While Phillip can’t change the market, he can and does provide you with the tools and availability you need to actually get something done. He was always available by call or text for all questions I had. He was willing to meet me at any potential properties and provided me with honest, accurate input.
