I cant rave enough about our Realtor Phillip Barloco. He did an incredible job not just at searching for properties that met our needs but remembering the small details and as we looked at homes offering us great advice and wisdom regarding things we needed to think about. He was also very quick to respond and made himself available for viewings to fit our schedule. He is super resourceful, really listens and weve walked away with the home of our dreams and a new friend for years to come.I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor they can trust is on their side, who will get you and what youre looking for and work hard to make it a reality.

Phillip is a fantastic realtor. As first time homebuyers who found themselves suddenly needing to move, he got us closed on a house in just four weeks after meeting with us on short notice on the very first day we needed to start looking. He was incredibly flexible with times, helpful, and communicative throughout the process – and even did a great job keeping the kiddo entertained during tours and meetings. Cannot recommend him highly enough!

Very thankful for Phillip’s effort and involvement in our home buying journey. Phillip was always very easy to reach, worked tirelessly to meet our changing needs, adapted to our variable work schedules, and managed to navigate communications with us perfectly - we never felt like he was reaching out too frequently or bugging us as some realtors seem to lol. I highly recommend Phillip and will continue to recommend him to friends and family as I hear about their plans to move within/to the area.

Phillip had been an amazing Realtor for us! He works quick and efficiently, always answers all of our questions no matter what and keeps us updated at all times which helps take the stress of buying a home off! Philip Barloco is one of the best realtors out there for anyone. His patience and knowledge are second to none when it comes to real estate. He mad sure I got the house I wanted, in the area I wanted, and at the price I wanted while still giving me first time home buyers incentives. If you need a home this is the man to call, I cant thank him enough.

If you want an agent who is solution-oriented and determined to get the job done, look no further. Phillip is one of the good ones. Phillip helped me sell my mothers home, which I had inheritted and which was not in ideal condition. It was a small property, and I had already been dismissed by other real estate agents. I explained my situation to Phillip, and he agreed to take on the challenge. He was responsive, quick to address concerns with everything from the selling process to the paperwork, and he was always solution-oriented when a snag came up. My home was in Texas, but I live in Virginia. This puts some realtors off, but Philllip was happy to work with me over the phone. Lastly, I should note that I have a visual impairment which makes signing paper documents difficult to impossible. Phillip took all the unusual aspects of my situation and somehow made everything into an unqualified success. I was able to sign most of my paperwork electronically, and my mothers treasured home is now in the hands of a new family who will love it as much as she did. Thank you, Phillip for helping me get a valued family home to the right people. If I ever plan on buying in the area, or if any of my family or friends there need an agent, youll be my first choice. You are a pleasure to work with.
