    I cannot say enough good things about this realty location. We went in to talk to someone about selling our home due to the high payments. April Landes was the realtor that assisted us. We could not have been happier to have her as our realtor. Not only was she extremely helpful but she saw us as people rather than a sale. She not only informed us of how the selling process worked but took it to the next step and looked up our information and helped us see how to lower our payments instead of selling. Could not be more blessed to have met April and the people at PH realty. If you want honest hard working people come here for assistance selling and buying homes!
