In a housing market flooded with new construction, a wrecked economy, and dreadful mortgage rates, Peter made it happen. On top of the usual challenges of putting the house on the market, we had to move quickly and had to leave the house in Peter’s hands. We were able to rest easy knowing Peter was handling things. Peter will make it happen for you. Peter sold our home during the most difficult period in recent history. As rates soared, and buyers got scared off, Peter was able to present our home and get it sold. It took time, but he made it happen.So, not only is he an effective agent, but he also took care of many of the logistical challenges that come from moving out of state before your house is sold. Coordinating contractors for repairs, managing inspections and follow through. He did it all. I was so impressed and thankful for his involvement. He even had our packages that we forgot to update address on forwarded to our new address (no charge, actually refused reimbursement for shipping even though that would have been appropriate). That’s really above and beyond.I would highly recommend Peter, not only is he effective as an agent, he is genuinely a good guy that will do anything for you as a client. Great communication and knowledge of the area. Peter was a great realtor to work with for our move to El Paso. We are a military family coming from the opposite side of the country and he made the entire process so much easier for us. Peter was willing to talk us through the different areas, the pros and cons for our family needs, as well as walk us through numerous properties through video chat. He would answer all of our questions thoroughly, and if he did not have the answer, he would find it and get right back to us. We were in different time zones but he was always willing to make it work for us to talk or walk through a property. Peter even went above and beyond for our youngest daughter, getting her something through one of his various trips. The Friend you Want and the Realtor you need ! . Peter has been excellent in the three years weve used his expertise in the ever changing home market. When we first moved to El Paso, we were renters and once our lease ended we wanted to buy. My husband and I had not only specific needs for our family but also wants. Peter was patient through every home we toured and we never felt pressured to make a purchase. Eventually, we decided to go with a builder.
