Pauline was more than a realtor, she was a friend. As first time home buyers, me and my husband didn’t know up from down. We were scared and didn’t know what to expect, BUT PAULINE! She taught us, guided us, and made us feel so safe and comfortable throughout this process. She answered every question (a thousand times sometimes when I wasn’t quite getting it) with so much patience. She ran around the city with us until the sun went down with a smile on her face bc she truly loves what she does, and she cared about our feelings of urgency when it came to finding a house. Throughout this process Pauline never failed to be honest with us—she always wanted us to know the facts and that’s something I am truly appreciative for bc that is hard to find in a realtor.
