Patty is the ultimate professional. Her market analysis was excellent and yielded an asking price that resulted in a quick sale. Her staging of our house was awesome and the pictures of our house turned out amazing. Her appraiser found the actual square footage of our home was greater than the appraisal district record, and priced it based on the correct square footage. She answered all our questions quickly, as if we were her only client - but I know we weren’t. Closing was a breeze. The entire process was handled with professionalism and attention to detail. I highly recommend Patty. She’s not only a great realtor but a great person as well.

Patty and her team are incredible. They coordinated several complex and detailed activities to get a very challenging property on the market and successfully sold. They worked with surveyors, the county, local handymen, landscapers, house cleaners, plumbers, inspectors, remediators, locksmiths, and engineers to address several issues with the land and property over the course of it being on the market. I dont believe any other team could have pulled off what they accomplished and Im grateful for their professionalism and assistance.

The Patty Turner Group is AMAZING! Patty was so patient with me while I was shopping for a house on a limited budget and only in certain neighborhoods. Patty Turner is the best. We bought our home through her several years ago and when it came time to sell same home recently it was a no brainer decision on who we would list with.Patty made many proactive decisions which resulted in the best possible outcome for us. 10 STARS!When it came time to sell my home in Rockwall I did not know who to talk to being an absentee owner. I googled top realtors in Rockwall and there was Patty Turner. I called her up and after a brief discussion I knew she was the one. I looked no further. I signed her agreement and we were off to the races. First, she had to go above and beyond and deal with an existing tenant. Solve some issues, spruce the place up before it was marketable. Before I knew it the home was on the market. PTG was on top of everything! No stone unturned in the quest to sell. Shortly thereafter closed, funded and...... SOLD! If I did not relocate I would have used Patty Turner Group to purchase my new home. If I were in Rockwall Patty Turner would indeed be my go to Realtor. Request Jen Pyatt! Hands down one of the best people I’ve ever worked with, professional & makes you feel like a friend as well!! Took care of everything for us in the buying & selling process, was there with us through all of our stress (from lender side) responds immediately.
