If it were not for Patrick, I would not own the home I do, he definitely makes dreams come true! Patrick worked endlessly to provide me with every financial option / scenario until there was one I felt comfortable with. He would answer every question I had, and believe you me, I had lots of questions. He explained everything in detail, which left no surprises. He guided me through the dreaded home financing process with patience, kindness and honesty. Even at times when I was struggling with the process, feeling overwhelmed, frustrated and ready to give up, he listened, was calm, understanding and reassuring. His integrity and commitment is hard to find these days. If he, or even an associate of his, says they will do something, he will 100% honor that commitment. Patrick will still be there even when the deal is done, checking in from time to time, making sure everything is going ok. Simply put, Patrick is honest, dedicated, and a financing wizard and the BEST in the business!! -
