I preface this review to say that I have had a few bad realtor stories, which makes me a bit untrusting. It seems like many realtors just say what you want to hear to get your business but dont follow through with their promises. Cari Jo & Parham Realty actually broke this mold & provided MORE than they promised. Cari Jo was sensitive, honest & so so helpful. I was worried about purchasing a home from out of state, but Cari Jo handled my stressed moods & stupid questions with ease & made me feel so comfortable that this purchase was a breeze. If I could give her more stars I would! Cari Jo & Parham Realty is amazing. You wont be disappointed.

We needed to find a rental home in a community 1,300 miles from the home we were selling. We are very grateful that Wendy Neely was the agent who came to our aid. Wendy was always available whenever we needed her, and she was consistently pleasant, patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. She even drove several hours to create virtual tour videos of the rental home we were interested in. Wendy paid very close attention to details, which made the rental home application, contract and move-in procedures go smoothly and easily for us. Wendy made us feel like the most important people in the world. We would highly recommend Wendy Neely to anyone whos looking for a knowledgeable, experienced, high-energy, attentive, detail-oriented, client-focused, always patient and delightful real estate agent.

Excellent͏ Sales Agent When we elected to put our home on the market, we knew one of the first decisions we had to make was finding the right real estate agent. Wow, did we ever get it right! After contacting Wendy, she came to our home looked over the property, took professional photos and did a 360º camera view. Within 8 hours of the initial listing we had a full price cash offer for our home. Throughout the entire selling process Wendy kept us informed and was always available if we had questions. I highly recommend Wendy if you have property for sale, you will not be disappointed. A very knowledgeable agent who always made us feel like we were her only client. A true professional at her craft!
