I chose Paola as my realtor and she guided me through the process in the best way possible. I had been a little stressed about choosing my new home, but Paola did a great job at helping me find the BEST possible home based off my income. I am very grateful that she was extremely patient regarding how picky I am. She showed me many homes and did not give up until I was 100% sure that was my ideal home. She was also very professional, and well informed on every subject regarding real estate. I am now living in my beautiful, cozy home thanks to her. I had an outstanding experience working with Paola! Even though I was only inquiring about potential properties and not ready to purchase, she treated me with the utmost professionalism and respect.Paola was incredibly informative and took the time to answer all my questions in detail. She provided valuable insights about the market, potential neighborhoods, and the overall home-buying process. Paola was our realtor for the house we just bought this past May (2024). She was amazing to work with, and really gets to know her clients likes/dislikes, and what areas are a match for their lifestyle/hobbies. She has strong communication skills, high level of work ethics, and is great at coordinating the time to view multiple homes. She has a big heart and wants to make sure that her clients get what they want and stays within an affordable budget range that won’t make them get in over their head financially. She also will speak up if she feels that something isn’t right with the house you are looking at. We fondly remember one night, after sunset, that we were in a “questionable” neighborhood…she said, “I don’t like this area for you.” To which we agreed after walking around the place. We highly recommend Paola and will keep her as our realtor for any of our future needs.
