We bought our house in 2022 when the housing market was at peak. We could’ve been paired with any agent through Redfin, but we were blessed we got Jeneane as our agent. Never once we felt rushed to buy a house, we took our time and she was there through the journey.When we found the house we liked, it was a race to bid on the house within 3 days. Jeneane not only walked us through the process, but was extremely smart about how much to bid over the asking price. She did her research on the comps in the area and helped us beat 17 offers that were on the house. It really came down to who knew what they were doing and Jeneane came out as the winner amongst the other agents.I would highly recommend working with Jeneane for your real estate needs!

Since we were out-of-town buyers and not there locally, she stepped in and was present for every on-site inspection and repair, even helping out with receiving shipped parts. As a first time home buyer there are so many things we didn’t know about or didn’t understand. After randomly clicking to view properties on Zillow, I met Jeneane January 27th, 2023 by happenstance. It was literally before a freak ice storm. A week later, Saturday, February 4th, we went out to view three houses. Jeneane made an offer. From start to finish, the process took 20 days. I totally adore my home. Jeneane hands down is the best.
