Oscar was the person who help us to find the perfect place to live. My husband and I, are so grateful to have him finding us the perfect house! Our general experience buying our first house was amazing and very rewarding. He help us a lot with the closing date, because it was a challenge for us to get everything ready with the builder before our last rental day! BUT HE MADE IT WORK!!! He was always notifying us about all the long process, answering our questions (a lot of questions) with tons of patience and willing to give us a smoothly answer. We were witnesses with our own purchase about his professionalism, knowledge about the actual market, flooding concerns (very important for new homeowners in Houston) and his incredible ability to negotiate! I really really recommended Oscar like 1000%, if you are looking for a house, he is the person for you and your family! Oscar was incredibly amazing to work with. He did all of the due diligence and market analysis, to priced our home at a competitive price. Oscar was always on top of our listing and communicating with us throughout the whole process. His professionalism and caring personality made this process a breeze. We would definitely, without a doubt, recommend Oscar to our family and friends. We sold our house at full asking price and the closing was done in a timely matter, easy and efficiently. Oscar supported us when we had questions or concerns and his resilient work ethic pushed us through the finish line. Thank you Oscar for being so amazing. This review is coming from my girlfriend, Erika and I. Oscar helped us achieve our goal of buying a home within a month. The process was smooth and quick for us. In the beginning of November, we met with Oscar and the week after started looking at houses. Fast forward to the end of November, we closed the day before Thanksgiving. We loved his professionalism, communication and marketing skills. His negotiation skills are a plus as well.
