We moved from out of state and spent some time learning about the different communities in DFW. Wendys YouTube channel was a great resource for us while we did that. The OnTrack team does amazing research for their content which is helpful to those moving into DFW and probably even to locals who are unfamiliar with the current housing market conditions. As our buyers agent, Dale, Wendy and the whole team are absolute professionals and are wonderful to work with. They are quick to do research and respond to all of our questions which helped us make quicker decisions as well. The closing and the whole buying process went smoothly enough for us, but had it not, wed still feel reassured knowing were in good hands with this team as our agent.
