Olivia was a dream to work with! As first time homebuyers, it was very important to my husband and I to find someone who knows Austin well, could teach us all the basics in home buying along the way, and advocate for us when the time came. Olivia checked all those boxes for us and more, bringing to the table her breadth of knowledge in market analysis, constructing a strong and competitive offer, leveraging repairs with the sellers agent, and so much more. We also toured a lot of homes right around the Thanksgiving holiday, and closed right before Christmas - not the most ideal of times - but Olivia was available practically 24/7 to answer calls and texts not only during the negotiation period but throughout the entire home buying process. Plus, she was such a thoughtful person to work with, bringing a cooler and snacks for us to every tour, sending us positive texts and keeping spirits high throughout the most important purchase of our lives. I’m sure she’s good at that too!In all seriousness, with this being our second go around in buying a house, we knew we wanted someone who was knowledgeable and confident in their understanding of the Austin market and the home buying process; with our first house, it felt like we were figuring things out together with our realtor. In Olivia, we found someone who clearly had a wealth of experiences but was also open-minded and responsive to our needs and questions. At no point in time did I ever feel alone or abandoned during the transaction. My family and I had such an amazing experience with Olivia as our realtor. I reached out to Olivia after my mother passed away, and as you can probably imagine, selling your parents home and dealing with estate matters is both emotionally taxing and tedious. From the beginning, Olivia was on top of everything, and very cognizant of the difficulties navigating this process for my siblings and I.She thoroughly assessed the house, made a plan with us to update it and get it to a place where it would be a desirable house when it hit the market. She went out of her way to help us handle all of the renovations, and it was such a relief to trust in her knowledge of what buyers want, and her ideas for fixtures, paint, tile, etc. We spent almost two months preparing the house, and listed it at the end of Sept 2023.As everyone knows, this is a slow and tough market. We listed it 7.5% higher than the price we originally discussed, and had our first offer and were under contract in 10 days. List to close was 38 days, and we went ahead with Olivias recommendation for a pre-inspection, which helped us address smalls things and made negotiating a breeze.I would enthusiastically recommend Oliva to anyone in the market to buy, or sell. It is always a pleasure to watch someone who is excellent at what they do work. I plan on reaching out to her for any future needs.

I wish I’d had a ticker to count the number of times I said out loud to a friend “wow, Olivia is such a fantastic realtor” during our home buying process.
