Nychole is an amazing agent! My wife and I have worked with other realtors in the past, but Nychole stood out from all the others since day one. She is very honest, tactical, and very organized. She has all the answers to our questions and makes sure we don’t feel overwhelmed by making decisions. Overall, she is very easy to work with and if you are looking for a top relator agent, she’s the one.

There are not enough words to describe the level of satisfaction and gratitude I have for Nycholes help in this crazy market we find ourselves in. Nychole was so professional, kind and attentive.I didnt have to ask for anything as she always was on top of what was needed to not only educate me on the market, but also allowing me the opportunity to make the final decisions. I never felt pressured and always felt she didnt forget about me as the time on market fluctuated during the rate hike periods that slowed things down a tad as she routinely updated me and my listing to keep things fresh. This is the type of trust and confidence in a Realtor you need to have; for them to be able to adjust accordingly to the market to maximize your buying or selling opportunities.. to have the market prowess to get your home sold or find you the right place at the right price regardless of market conditions. Nychole provided comps and walked me through the entire process. She impressed me with her approach of not only being my realtor, but going above and beyond by being a friend as well..even expressing desire to attend my wedding I was having later that year and offering to do my wedding photos! Wow. You just dont find that kind of professionalism and care and concern for the client on a personal level these days. I could go on and on about all my experience with Nychole, but Id hit the character limit on the review. If youre looking for someone whos knowledgeable, kind, attentive, professional and a friend all at the same time.. you dont have to look any further.

Nychole was always on top of things and was excited every step of the way! She was always professional and offered to help in more ways than just selling our house. Nychole is very knowledgeable when it comes to the selling process and explained everything to us thoroughly and made sure we understood what she was talking about. She is very dedicated to her clients and helped us meet and exceed our goals for selling our house. If you’re trying to determine who you want as your realtor, Nychole is that person. Especially if you want someone that has an upbeat and bubbly personality! I highly recommend her!

Nychole helped us find our first home in Washington state while we were still on the other side of the country. With a 3 hour difference, she would answer our calls and reply to the million messages we had as first time home buyers. We were very pleased with our house and 4.5 years later, we put our faith in her again and she helped us sell said home. We recently closed on our home July 2023 and Nychole went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs and make the process less stressful.
