Tommy Appligian was our realtor. He did such an outstanding job for us. Always going above and beyond for our requests and needs. My experience with Apligian real estate was fantastic to say the least. I had a home on the market for over a year before Tommy and his associates got involved. They sat me down and explained to me in a straight forward but polite manner what I needed to do to facilitate a successful transaction. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Apligian real estate also had recommendations for contractors that were courteous, professional, and better then the ones I had used before. Home buying or selling is a confusing and complicated process but Apligian Real Estate goes out of their way to make it as simple and painless as possible. I will use them again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

Tommy and Jacki are 2 of the best people that I know. Ive built and purchased a home with Apligian real estate and I wont even think about using anyone else. When me and my wife built our first house, Tommy gave us invaluable advice about which options were worth the money and which werent. When I bought my rental property, Tommy helped us find the perfect target area, linked us up with a great lender and made sure we got everything complete from purchasing the home, to getting a renter. Jacki is always timely and clear when sharing/requesting information. I never waited or had to remind her to send/submit anything for me. She always was 2-3 steps ahead and with both of my houses she made sure we closed on time. If you are looking for a realtor and have found Apligian real estate, you should stop looking and go with these guys - you wont be disappointed!

He helped us decide best elevation, layout, even what upgrades would be beneficial for resale. Tommy was referred to me by a work contact when I was relocating to the Dallas, TX area. My father is also a realtor, so I have high expectations. Tommy helped me narrow down the area I was really wanting to be in (there are so many options in the Dallas area!), and pinpointed my sweet spot for space/price. He was open to showing me properties I found but also had great suggestions.
