By the time I was able to find Nikita I had lost hope of finding a home. She told me she would handle everything and she did. The only work I did was submit documents needed to apply and she handled everything else. It was a breeze and she found a home for my kids and I with a few days and the whole process took a month. I paid deposit and signed my lease in less than a month and I’m moving in Friday. She is definitely blessed as what she does. Thank you again

Working with Ms. Nikita (Ms. Nik) has been a true pleasure. She found my family and I a home that we could only dream of. Throughout this whole process, I was so anxious nervous and always waiting for the other shoe to drop. There was NEVER a catch. Ms. Nik’s efforts were so seamless it was hard to believe. Today my family moved into a BEAUTIFUL four bedroom 2 and a half bath home with a game room and office.
