After finding my dream home much quicker than expected, I needed to place my other home for sale. Some friends had used Niki Faris to both sell their home, then to find and purchase another home. I hired Niki quickly, and within two days of putting the house on the market, there were multiple showings and 3-4 bids offered, including some above my asking price. Much to my surprise and delight Niki had us from listing to closing in 20 days!Yes, it happened fast, but Niki guided me every step of the way, and I felt very comfortable in what she said. She was always quick to take my phone calls, explained things I didn’t understand, and was very a very honest realtor that resulted in me feeling confident and at ease that my house would sell. I’d use her real estate services again in a heartbeat if I needed to sell or buy another home (which I hope doesn’t happen as I have no desire to move again!🤣Thanks, Niki…Shirley McRae

Niki was so easy and wonderful to work with. She was very responsive, had the answers to all our questions, and was very helpful with recommendations for any third-parties we would need involved. We would highly recommend her to anyone and definitely use her again when the need arises.

True Story:Several years ago, my sister and brother-in-law wanted to sell their house. They contacted a neighborhood branch of one of the national real estate chains in a shopping center close by. A young guy was manning the office and the phones alone. He quickly signed them up to represent them.After several months of terrible communication, only a couple of showings, no offers and loads of excuses, they parted ways. They were upset and depressed. I suggested a friend who I knew to be an excellent realtor. They received a contract in two weeks and closed six weeks after switching agents.The point of the story is this: Buying or selling a house is a very big deal. Dont make the mistake of trusting a stranger who happened to answer the phone with representing your best interest. You wouldnt trust a local doc-in-the-box to treat you for a known heart condition.In June, we contracted with Niki to represent us in the marketing and sale of a house in McKinney. We knew of her vast real estate experience and integrity. After two days (TWO DAYS), she had had fifteen showings and six contracts. Three of the contracts were over asking price. The house closed without incident thanks to Niki. Shes the best.

Niki did such a great selling our house quickly as the market started to turn! She gave us great advice as what renovations she thought we should do and which renovations we shouldnt do! She did a great job of staging the house when it was time to sell! I highly recommend Niki if youre buying or selling!!

I don’t normally give five star reviews but when I do, it’s well deserved. Niki assisted in my search for housing for me and my boys. Throughout the whole process, she was informative, polite, compassionately honest, punctual and was able to work around my schedule. I would highly recommend her and in fact, I’ll be looking for housing in the near future and will indeed be contacting Niki again.
