Nidia was a fantastic realtor. She went above my expectations. We asked her to show use several places on multiple occasions and she never complained, and we use A LOT of her time. She always had information on the places we were looking at and took the time to get us answers to questions we had. Add in that she is super friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and does what she can to help find the best place for you. -

We wouldnt have sold the house in US, being in India if Nidia wasnt our partner! Whatever applause you hear below is short of what Nidia has done for us.Nidia has been the person to address all of our peculiar and challenging needs. We being outside US had to manage our house in US and I thought of Nidia as I worked with her earlier as our realtor and more. We are away from our house in US for a while and decided to sell it being in India. Our requirements were challening - Fix the issues with house/yard, sell the house without we not being in US, sell the unused car, arrange for estste sale, ship many of our belonging to India, manage all documentations (including notarization at US Consulate in India, POA, Title tranefers to name a few), transactions (including but not limited FIRPTA) and the list went on. Nidia understood our requirements and I am glad that she accepted to be our trusted partner.Nidia worked out all the details, with most of our communications through whatapp calls, due to timezone differences. She took care of all the things for us and managed things above and beyond our expectations with smile on her face.After taking care of few cleaning, repairs, touch ups and enhancements in the property, Nidia listed the house by crunching numbers on what could be the best listing price. Once listed she took care of open house, showings and worked with potential buyers. Once we received the offer she has to work on additional things to have a final price since buyer wanted to have few applicances and furnitures. Once we agreed on sale price, we got very busy in India due to certain personal commitments. But Nidia worked with buyers and us to come up closing date and all the things that has to happen legally/logistically before close. Once we sent notarized documents/poa to her she worked with title company to close the deal on time.She took care of lot of other non-realtor related issues - packing/moving, estate sales, towing/fixing/selling the car, hence I call her trusted partner. I would recommend her for any of your needs that revolved around your property. Make the best use of her time, before someone else does! -

Her advice helped us increase our chance of selling at a good price, while her honest opinions helped us set the right expectations in this market condition. It was a pleasure to work with her. My experience working with Nidia was nothing short of outstanding. Her level of expertise is cutting edge, but her humility and ability to make you feel safe and secure is what sets her apart.From the very beginning it was apparent that having Nidia as my realtor was the right choice ! Not only was she knowledgeable, but she was thorough, always available to answer questions and able to get the best results (it was like having an attorney on my side).When I look to do business with someone, I look for: integrity, trustworthiness, history, longevity and the ability to get the job done with out disrupting my day to day life ! I worked with Nidia as my realtor managing both a rental and then ultimately the home sale.She provided insight on everything from analyzing the market and trends to what to consider when rehabbing to make an optinal sale -- which, for me at that time, meant an efficient sale inclusive of appeal and sale price to quickly close so I could move out of state.I highly recommend Nidia for guidance and support with any kind of sale or purchase youre needing assistance with! -

Nidia Alvarado is the brightest STAR in the Real Estate galaxy! We had several different realtors in a row (4) trying to help us find our dream home, but until we met Nidia, it was a truly frustrating experience. While the others told us to look on HAR, Nidia LOOKED- Nidia LISTENED- Nidia WORKED- and as our needs & wants shifted, Nidia was agile and quick to respond. It is my immense pleasure to recommend Nidia Alvarado. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her. I was interested in purchasing an investment property, I mentioned it to a co-worker who recommended Mrs. Nidia. I’m just starting out and needed to be educated. No questions were dumb questions to her. She made me feel comfortable immediately while speaking with her. She educated me on so many levels. She met with me and took diligent notes regarding what I was looking for. She sent me different properties daily and was available to discuss the one’s I was interested in. Very responsive, honest, dependable, and attentive. I closed two properties with her and working on two more. One key thing I noticed was her integrity and how passionate she is with helping her clients. I know some realtors can be tempted into bending the truth just to make a sale or a buck. However, I did not get that from Nidia. She gave the truth! If you’re looking for honesty, hardworking, and someone who has your best interest. I highly recommend Nidia Alvarado.
