Nicole Maddox was the wonderful agent that helped me purchase and sell my house on Stoneleigh. She is unlike any other agent I have met. She genuinely cares about her clients and what is best for them on top of being a knowledgeable and truthful Realtor. At one point I considered keeping the home and moving into it myself. When I asked her thoughts about keeping it instead, she gave me excellent unbiased pros and cons for both keeping or selling. She truly had my best interest at heart even if that meant she wouldn’t have had the opportunity to sell my house. Ultimately I did decide to sell, and am so thankful to have had someone I could trust to guide me through the emotional ups and downs of selling this home that I came to love so much throughout the renovation. If you are thinking about buying or selling a home and want someone you can trust, I highly recommend Nicole Maddox.

I am so happy that my friend referred Nicole to me, and I feel it necessary to refer this great realtor to more people. In 3 words, she is professional, reliable and client-oriented.We were not living in the US so we were solely relying on Nicole to handle our property transaction. It was a slow market, but she used correct strategy and MANAGED to sell it at our ideal price!!!Its our first US house. There were many unexpected things happening during the process, but Nicole was patient and helping us to get as much information as she could. She always answered my emails fast. Even like its been half a year after the sale, we came across some property tax trouble due to our foreigner identity, she still follow through. I am so grateful for her efforts. Its important to find someone you can trust to handle the biggest sale in your life, and Nicole is definitely the one you can go to.

Nicole was actually the agent for the buyer as I was selling a family home. I am not too sure if any of you have dealt with selling the home of a deceased relative among family members but, it can get vicious. After being overwhelmingly aggravated and disappointed with the way our family relator was conducting business I ended up at a point where I was prepared to lose the house to the city and never sell the house. It was not until Mrs. Maddox came to the rescue with her immense knowledge, patience in educating me in step-by-step proceedings, and overall kind and professional demeanor! She provided me with more clarity in our house selling arrangements more than the family relator. She was constantly in communication with me and was always available when I really needed her. She even went a step above and beyond by ensuring my personal signing appointment with the title company was hours away from the rest of the family (the dust did not settle well for us). Im in awe with this business professional and would recommend her to anyone seeking to be taken care of during what can be a stressful matter. Shes fair. Shes diligent. Shes what buyers and sellers need. Thank you beyond all these words Mrs. Maddox!

Nicole is a wonderful buyers agent! I was the listing agent and she represented the buyers agent on our transaction. She brought her buyers to my listing right before a holiday weekend and was super diligent to communicate with me over the holiday. The transaction went smoothly from beginning to end as she was on top of every detail along the way. Her professionalism, real estate expertise and work ethic are top notch!
