Nick is one of the best realtors out there. He is so knowledge and passionate about real estate regardless of whether you are buying, selling or renting. I used him when purchasing my primary property as well as when I was purchasing an investment property. He knows his stuff. Literally there is no one I would recommend more. Nick is great! So patient, helpful, and insightful.

Being first time homebuyers, military family from out of state, we are so glad we went with Nick. We are not local and Nick communicated with every property within hours of us showing interest. Even if it was 8pm, he was there touring the home for us. He made videos for us, toured the homes, and kept us updated on the home buying process. He was honest and straightforward with every question we had. He is also familiar with the VA home buying process which was really important for us. Nick has been in this field long enough to know other professionals. He got my family connected with our mortgage company who saved us $5k on our loan. Along with insurance companies and utilities. Our home buying search started end of December and we closed on our home by the first week of February. Nick knows his stuff, his work ethic shows through his actions, and he took care of my family.
