Nick was fantastic to work with. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and needed a bit more guidance than a typical client, and Nick was there each step of the way. He made sure we fully understood each part of the process, frequently checked in, and dropped everything to drive from Katy to Humble to show us a great house that hit the market that day, which ultimately became ours. You can tell he really cares about his clients and meeting their needs. Our home buying process went about as smoothly as it could possibly go, thanks in large part to Nicks experience and service. I would definitely recommend him to first time and seasoned buyers alike.

Nick Damian came prepared at our very first meeting. He had done extensive research on my property, neighborhood and surrounding area. He had paperwork ready to sign and was ready to get started when/and (if) I was (without being pushy or assuming). We talked at length about my property and his plans for marketing and presentation. He was enthusiastic about showing it and scheduling the open house. I spent a good amount of time talking with Nick and felt confident that he was honest, trustworthy and would go above and beyond...which he absolutely did!!!Excellent Excellent Excellent! From start to finish, Nick consistently made sure all the bases were covered. He made beautiful flyers that showcased my home and did so many amazing things throughout the entire process. Nick is fully capable of handling every aspect of the sale; however, he will keep you in the loop as much as you need to be and/or as much as you desire.When I decided to sell my home, a friend suggested that I call Nick Damian. My friend told me that Nick is a good guy; however, he didnt know anything about him (as a realtor). So, to be polite, I called him. As it turned out, my friend did (me) a huge favor by suggesting I call Nick. If you are looking for a realtor, do not hesitate to call Nick Damian. You will be glad you did!
