If you are lucky, you will find a great realtor. One that knows the market in and out, close the deal and send you off a little parting gift. Then there is Carlo. A realtor that goes above and beyond. He makes home buying, an unforgettable experience. He kept us informed throughout the process, connected us with people who helped us in financing, closing, appraisal and more. He even picked up the slacks from the other realtor. Truly professional and personable. In the end, we moved into the house we loved, stress free, and able to fully enjoy the home buying experience. Carlo helped us in purchasing our first home. It was a new construction and we were first time home buyers and he helped make the process a really great one. He was very patient and responsive to all my questions. He advocated for us during the negotiation process and succeeded with getting us exactly what we wanted while keeping us within budget. I just wanted to say how wonderful Michelle has been! I have had the most wonderful and easy experience with Michelle when purchasing my home. She truly is the best out there. She took the time to explain the home buying process from getting a pre-approval, showing me homes, the current market, and the overall entire home buying process. I never felt rushed with her and felt she was truly invested in my primary needs and concerns. She is very knowledgeable in this industry and would highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home. She even negotiated a BRAND NEW ROOF for me! We are first time buyer. Carlo and Ashleigh from Nest Finders assisted us through all the process from getting expert advice to getting the proper person to get loans from. It was hard at first because we are out of state moving into Texas. We have never set foot on our new home but Carlo made it a priority to personally see the property along side my family nearby and recorded the whole tour. The last piece was hooking us up with a lender that also did above and beyond to make the purchase possible. Nest Finders Real Estate is very reliable and professional Agency. Its outstanding services have exceeded my expectations. The company matched me with the best fit realtor, Michelle Maligaya. In the end, I bought the house in harmony and have received a reward check at the value of .3% of the house price. The reward check was very surprised because I signed up with the company for its service without mention the cash reward. After the closing, the company notified me that I would receive the cash reward in 7 weeks. The company treats customers professionally!

No matter what I say, there are not enough words that can truly express how much of a blessing Nest Finders has been. Carlo Mercado gave my fiancé & I his absolute ALL throughout the entire process. He has been a phone call away morning,day,afternoon,night, and even midnight! He had also talked us off the ledge so many times. He held our hand & poured knowledge into us without judgement. He handled all the issues that we could had easily handled on our own but he handled them simply because he cares that much for his clients and wants them to be stress free.
