Nayeli made our home buying experience very easy. She took the time to work with us and referred us to a great lender who told us exactly what we needed to do to be ready to start the process. Once we were ready, Nayeli walked us through the process of finding the right home for us. She was very good at responding in a timely manner to any of our doubts and would explain in detail to make sure we knew what everything meant. Once we found our home, she moved fast and submitted an offer for us and even helped us negotiate with the seller. Because of this we were able to get the price of the property lowered and closing cost paid by the seller. I cannot recommend her enough!
