She even held our baby during the closing so that we could focus on the documents!While finding and building our new home Natasha was invaluable. She has a designers eye with a finance mentality. I spoke with several real estate agents before speaking to Natasha. Not even 5 minutes in to our first conversation and I knew she was the agent to help our family relocate from Ca. to Texas. Natasha was upfront, direct, and honest. We asked about multiple different cities and towns and each time her response was given with a plethora of knowledge for the area and also her own input as if she was shopping for a family member. Which was key to us finding our perfect neighborhood. And perfect neighborhood we sure did find with her help. She knew exactly what would work for our family values and nailed the perfect home and community. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NATASHA. She is amazing. She went above and beyond our expectations. We were moving from CA to Dallas, (just rented an Airbnb) where we were working with another broker. Natasha reached out and told us about the area. I was hesitant, I had done so much research on schools and resources in Dallas that our son needs. Natasha asked all of the right questions, and then provided resources, phone numbers, emails, top schools, etc. that we were looking for. Knowing the are could offer what we were looking for we decided to make a trip down to The Woodlands and instantly fell in love. Natasha showed us several areas, and what they had to offer. We purchased a home in an area we would have never considered with her help, and absolutely love it! We could not be happier, not to mention, we felt she truly loves what she does, and had our best interest at heart. Not only is Natasha a phenomenal realtor but she is an amazing person! My family and I moved to Texas from Arizona which would have been really scary moving to a whole other state where we were very unfamiliar. Natasha helped to make it such a fun and exciting experience!! I watched a couple of her Youtube videos and she seemed extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly and I knew right away I needed her to help me with this life changing process of moving to another state and buying a house. I contacted her right away and she responded immediately. We spoke on the phone and it was if I was talking to an old friend. Natasha was so warm and welcoming and it made me even more excited to move to a whole other state! She always answered my million questions and never made me feel like I was being annoying or bothersome. I always felt like I was her number one priority even though I know she had a lot of other clients and a busy schedule. My best friend was moving at the same time and was also one of her clients so she had both of us asking her questions at the same time but I always felt like I was her only client. I dont think she missed my phone call or text not even one time. Buying a house can be stressful enough but then add moving to another state away from family it could have been very scary but Natasha made sure that I was always taken care of and had everything that I needed. Natasha answered all of my questions about the houses, to the area, and things to do, and schools, and weather, and anything else I can think of. She definitely went above and beyond! I can not thank her enough for helping me find my forever home and making this process so enjoyable!! Let me tell you about Natasha... I GRILLED her on the phone for over an hour while house hunting from out of state. This was no casual getting to know you type of phone call. When I am hiring someone to represent me, work for me, and have my best interest at heart, I want to make sure were on the same page. Think of it as a courtship, not a casual date. I interviewed her quite thoroughly. I had tried this strategy with a different realtor, who was clearly not prepared. Natasha, on the other hand, answered all my questions with transparency. After we felt comfortable, and she got a sense of what we were looking for, she walked us through every step of the process. She did a virtual tour for a number of homes for us via FaceTime and told us the pros and cons of each home we had considered. We purchased sight unseen and have NO regrets. We recently drove around looking at the neighborhoods of the homes we had considered, and it was clear we had made the right choice. There are a TON of realtors in TX. If you post a question in a neighborhood page on facebook, they will private message you like vultures! LOL Natasha is a good solid choice and well use her again in the future for our real estate needs!
