Natalie has been responsive and excellent since the first phone call! She quickly set the wheels in motion to make sure we had what we need to have our house in perfect showing condition. She came to the meeting to discuss the offer price and had done her homework. With a few quirks to our home, she had the data and comps to back up her decision for pricing and a great marketing plan to get it get it sold. She has been great to work with through the contract agreement, inspection and final closing details. Natalie exceeded expectations throughout the entire selling process. She was an ally, friend, and advisor and helped us navigate each step of the way! She was consistently proactive in the entire process, coordinated all of the meetings, and advised us through every step. We felt like she was constantly “ahead of the curve” due to her thoroughness and dedication. We always knew Natalie had us covered. With all the delays we experienced, Natalie was always on it! She checked and double checked everything for us. To say she is patient and kind is an understatement. WHAT A PLEASURE! She always took or returned calls and answered every question that we had. She was an answer to our prayer for an amazing realtor and it was answered, Praise God!!! We cannot imagine a better experience and cannot wait to refer other people moving forward.

Where do I begin?!? She was meant for real estate. We made a rash decision to put our house on the market and move into a new one in a MONTH! It was completely unexpected but we found a home in an area we couldn’t pass up. When I reached out to Natalie she reassured me it was completely doable. She listed our house in a week, scheduled multiple open houses, and we had multiple offers in one day. Her responsiveness and attention to detail makes the process seamless for the buyer and seller. Our house was a new build and she saw things we wouldn’t have thought of, like negotiating with the builder to add an 8 ft fence for our privacy at minimal cost to us since it was still in the process of being built. She literally thinks of every single detail! If you’re looking to buy or sell, Natalie will ensure the process is stress free and fun. Best. Realtor. Ever.
