We have purchased three homes with Natalie and are about to purchase another home with her for multiple good reasons. i could go on and on….For starters, she keeps the stressful part of real estate fun! Always making us laugh and find joy in the process!She’s helped us set up great deals that have saved us thousands bc she’s so educated on the market. We know quite a bit but she always adds more. We have never paid full closing cost because she knows how to set up the deals - we’ve either had seller pay full closing or other awesome agreements we strategized together.She also always helps find the right house that meets our needs and is super accommodating and patient in the process of seeing different properties.She’s a 5 star realtor and I’m so grateful we found her in the beginning of our real estate investment journey!

My husband I and met Natalie by happenstance at one of her open houses and I am so grateful that we did! We were from out of town searching for the perfect East Texas home for our little family. After talking to Natalie at the open house, we asked if she would help us find the perfect place and she delivered just that and so much more. Natalie worked countless hours, answering all of our questions and guiding us to the perfect area that we now call home. Not to mention, she went above and beyond giving us an amazing list of her recommendations for local eats and “must do” activities! We truly believe that her love for the Longview area is what sold us on the house we purchased. Her unmatched communication skills and real estate expertise ensured that we walked away with the best deal on our dream property.
