Myra Stephens is awesome! Our journey started with other agents and it was not working out. It seemed like they didn’t want to help us find a house. They were always late and had the bare minimum information on the properties we did get to look at. Not Myra! When we arrived at a house for our viewing she was on time, door was already unlocked, and lights were on. She was always prepared with all the paperwork we needed for the house. If we did have a question, Myra had the answer, or she would get it by the end of day. She made sure we were fully informed to make our decision. Myra also kept us informed on where we were at in our home buying process. She is a First Time Home Buyer’s DREAM agent! I’m so glad she was on our team. Thanks for everything Myra! I hope your still available when we buy our next house!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Myra Stephens on the sale of my dad’s rental property which was located in Beaumont, TX. We live in California so that was no easy task. Myra walked me through the entire process explaining everything I needed to know in order to get the property sold in a timely manner via emails, text messages, telephone calls & Docu-sign. If you are looking for someone who is professional, courteous, responsive, and a real go-getter, then you need to look no further than Myra. We live in California and wanted to buy property in Southeast Texas (my wife grew up there). Myra used video calls to make it feel like we were right there at the property locations with her.When it came time to buy and I flew out to Texas, she helped to make the final decision and walked me through the offer, inspection, and purchase process in a very straightforward fashion.
