My first experience was a real estate one. My second was construction related. It’s great and very convenient to be able to turn to one company for both. Unfortunately for me I was in the market as a buyer in what seemed to be the worst possible time to be a buyer and the best time to be a seller. It was my first time purchasing a home and because of the market, it was even more stressful. Thankfully Melissa practically held my hand and guided me through the entire process and although still stressful it would’ve been 10 times as bad without her. On the construction side of things there were a few things about the house inside and out my wife and I weren’t exactly crazy about. I got a few other estimates from a few other contractors but in the end because of price and experience I ended up going with Robert. His estimate was only about 80% of what other estimates were, he got the job done sooner than projected and the transformation was borderline unrecognizable in a good way. If I ever need real estate or construction services in the future I doubt I’ll even think of anyone else. Thank you!
