Morgan was great to work with. Flexible with last minute meeting times, went back to houses we liked several times with us. He was very organized and punctual and you could tell he’s very knowledgeable about real estate. We ended up not being able to tour our actual home in person and he came and took detailed videos and pictures and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. I’ve known Morgan for several years and he is one of the kindest and most genuine person you will meet. Highly recommend using Morgan for any of your real estate needs, you will be in great hands!

Coming from another state, it was very stressful to apartment hunt in Houston, knowing nothing about the city. But when I reached out to Morgan, he was able to quickly compile a spreadsheet with details of places that ticked all my boxes. He was very open to reviewing other places that I had found and made several iterations on the list. I couldn’t be in town for showings, but he was flexible to visit the apartments himself and give me a tour over a video call. He also seems to be very knowledgeable about the city. So if you want a realtor to go above and beyond for their clients, I would recommend Morgan!
