Will did a great job. We had been looking for a home on our own for 8 months with no luck. We reached out to Will, and he found our house within two weeks! He has been in the business for a while and knows how to get the job done well and as quickly as possible. He worked with integrity and was easy to reach if we had questions. We really appreciated that he did not try to pressure us to buy something we didn’t like, and his information was timely and transparent. My husband and I started looking in September of 2021 for a home, Wil was extremely helpful and responsive to any and every question we had. They were recommended by my son n law And daughter. From the very first call to finalizing our home purchase Will was there helping us along. He always was in touch with us throughout our home buying journey. Although it was not our first home purchase over the years, he was attentive to our wants and needs in a home. And when we were showed the home we purchased he took time off from his family and his weekend off to drive over 2 hours away to let us do a walk through. We fell in love with the home and made an offer that day. Prior to our purchase he walked us through our credit and showed us what we needed to do to get higher credit scores, and lower interest rates. He worked with us and a title company representative, who was wonderful to work with as well. And without their help we probably wouldnt have been able to purchase our home, much less at such a low interest rate. As well the they worked with our lender and helped us to finance on terms we wanted and we completely comfortable with. All in all they all made buying a home look seem extremely easy. Wil: Spent almost a 3 Mo. helping look for a home then the sell canceled the contract 3 days before closing. Wil jumped through hoops to find us another home and we set up early occupancy so we would not be homeless. He was great in answering all of my wifes question and expanded every little detail through the process. I truly believe anyone else would have given up but not him he stayed on top of everything, he was great. Thanks Wil for all you did for us.
