Monica was truly amazing, as we had to travel states away for a brief week of house hunting. We ended up having only to look for one day! She was able to be flexible with her schedule and accommodate as we went from house to house. She’ll work with you around the clock answering your questions and communicating to you the process step by step. As this was our second time buying a home, I truly felt cared for. She even found issues/ safety concerns when we being distracted by the positive points of each home, giving us the ability to weigh pros and cons of each home. When I say AMAZING!!!! I mean exactly that, she was available with any questions I had and always had great suggestions to benefit me as the seller. She never once lead me astray always remained in constant communication with me throughout the entire time. She is one experienced agent. She has contacts for every situation and they come highly recommended so if you don’t have it she got you! She gives you every scenario she can possibly come up with to benefit the team! Yes I said Team!! Because we sometimes forget this is their job but she also wants to ensure you are not being handled or being mislead into something that is not ethically acceptable.
