Monica is the best. We looked at Dave Ramseys website, and he recommended her. She called us back 20 minutes after we initially contacted her and she was in Las Vegas at the time. She said our house would sell higher than the 7 other agents interviewed, and it did (it more than covered the commission costs that are paid by the seller). At that time we had 5 people bidding on our home and she steered us clear of those that were wasting our time by their crazy high bids that wouldnt be approved by the lenders. She also schooled the final purchasers agent when their initial loan fell through. She sold our house in 7 days. Monica is currently helping a family member sell their home. Dont fool around selling your biggest physical asset, get a pro call Monica!

Being first time home owners, we really needed someone to walk us through the process, help us know what to ask along the way, and explain options/requests we should or shouldnt be making. She saved us extra payments at closing by using her expertise to inform us that there wasnt a MUD tax anymore in the area we were buying (something the lender was unaware of). When we did the final walk through and found holes in the wall due to the removal of the security system, Monica negotiated with the sellers realtor to fix the issue and make things right. I cant say enough good things about Monica Foster. My 96-year-old stepmother had passed away and we moved my 91-year-old father from his home in Texas to live with us in Florida. I contacted her through her website and she responded immediately. Monica and her team got the ball rolling and worked with me to get the house sold. We recently purchased our first home thanks to the Monica Foster team! My wife and I were relocating from out-of-state for work purposes and were hoping to find a realtor to help us purchase our first home around our move. Within 24 hours of contacting the Monica Foster team on their website, we were contacted and assigned a realtor, Brittany Burns. Brittany immediately contacted us to get an idea of what we were looking for in a home, budget, etc… Within hours we had a personal portal set-up in which Brittany would add homes for us to take a look at. We were able to sort the homes into various categories such as favorites, possibilities, and dislikes. We contacted Brittany about taking a trip to the area to look at homes. She was very accommodating and penciled us in for the weekend we wanted to come see the area. On top of that, she offered to do FaceTime walkthroughs of homes prior to our arrival on any homes we wanted to see.We were really impressed with Brittany upon meeting her when we visited the area. She was very knowledgeable of the area and current housing market. Being first time home buyers, there was a lot of things we did not know (and still don’t know); however, Brittany answered all of our questions and simplified the process for us. We spent 2 days looking at homes with Brittany. By the end of the weekend we had an accepted offer on a home!Up to this point, we couldn’t have asked for any better service from a real estate company. However, after the accepted contract is when the Monica Foster team and specifically, Brittany, really impressed us. After returning home out-of-state, Brittany continued to stay in contact and help us along the way with all of the steps that come along after getting an accepted offer (inspection, repairs, option period, appraisal, etc…). She continued to remain available and answer all of the first-time home buyer questions we had for her. At times, we felt like we had to be bugging her with some obvious questions, but we never got that vibe from her. Brittany makes you feel as if you are the only client she is working with at the time although you know she has to be busy with many others because of how good she is at her job. Our biggest surprise came when we received a bunch of moving boxes from Brittany to our apartment which we were moving out of! I have been working with Monica Foster for at least 5 years with Marketing materials and for the last year as her photographer. I have seen her working with her clients directly on many occasions. Her professionalism cant be beat. She is thorough with explaining the various steps for her sellers, making sure they understand every aspect of listing their home. Her patience and truly caring about her clients is something all of us could learn from. The reference of the previous post referring to Monica at a restaurant is absurd. As she mentioned, she wasnt even in the country and I have been with her on several occasions at a restaurant and has always treated staff with the same kindness as she provides her clients with. I am extremely grateful to be able to provide my services to her. She has always treated me with great professionalism kindness and I feel very blessed to be a part of her and her team. Gretchel was very knowledgeable and a very good assistant to us in finding our first home in League City. When we needed her she was there. I would have liked her to call us first to check on us and see how we were feeling throughout more. She was busy I know but that 5 the star would have been for more personalized attention. Thanks
